When you return to your home country and use a university-issued diploma, completion certificate, or other certificate as a certificate, depending on where you submit it, it may not be recognized as an official document.
In that case, you will need to go to the embassy or consulate of your country of origin and receive certification (consular certification) before returning to your home country. In addition, in order to obtain certification, an official seal confirmation certificate from the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs may be required.

Disposal of bulky garbage, etc.
Please clean your room thoroughly and throw away your garbage in the designated place on the designated day. Please be especially careful when disposing of bulky garbage.
Also, please be careful when disposing of air conditioners, televisions, refrigerators/freezers, washing machines, and computers that require recycling fees.
Return of National Health Insurance Card and payment
Before returning to your home country, please report to the National Health Insurance Division of your local government office and complete the procedures for returning your health insurance card and making payment. If you neglect this procedure, you will have to continue paying insurance premiums forever.
Return of alien registration certificate
When you return to your country, please get your departure stamp stamped at the airport where you will be leaving the country and return it.
Notification of destination for graduation album
Graduation albums for international students will be sent to the home of the graduate's guarantor around late June after graduation. However, if the guarantor is a university, it will not be sent anywhere as is. Please let us know the address you would like it sent to in advance. Separate shipping charges are required for overseas shipments.
Graduation albums will not be distributed to Osaka Sangyo University Graduate School.

About short-term stay after graduation
