If you are using the library, please be aware of the following:

When entering the building

• When entering the library, please be sure to pass your student ID, staff ID or user card through the security gate.
• If you forget, please inform the counter.
• Please store helmets, tools, kickboards, etc. in the lockers (coin return type).
• Lockers and umbrella stands can only be used on the day of use.

Inside the building

• Bringing food and drinks into the building is prohibited. Please do not bring drinks in paper cartons or other containers.
• Please keep your belongings with you at all times and do not leave valuables in your carry-on luggage when you leave your seat.
• Please maintain quietness in the library and refrain from any behavior that may disturb other users.
• Calls on mobile phones are not permitted inside the building. Please put your phone on silent mode when entering the building.
• Please do not open the windows without permission.
• The entire building is non-smoking.
• If you cause trouble to other users or do not follow the instructions of staff, you may be asked to leave.

Handling of materials

• Please do not sub-lease books that you have borrowed to others.
• Please treat library materials with care. In particular, please refrain from writing or underlining.
• If any borrowed materials are damaged, soiled, or lost, you will be required to pay compensation.
