In addition to events organized by Career Center, we also cooperate with department teachers to hold various job-hunting support events. We are particularly focused on individual consultations. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, we provide support tailored to each individual and maintain a high employment rate!

3. Recommendation Letters

If you have been requested to provide a letter of recommendation by a company etc., please log in to the Portal → Employment Support System (Career Center) → "Professor Recommendation List" and check the "Application Procedure" at the top of the screen for important points and procedures.

キャリアセンターの方々のおかげで「ここに入社したい」と思える会社に出会えました。
就職先はランドセルの製造?販売をする会社で、「お子様想い」の理念のもと事業に取り組んでいます。ランドセル選びはお子様にとって自分で選ぶ大きな買い物です。ランドセル選びをいい思い出として残してほしいという気持ちが私の中でとても大きくあり、お子様の一生に一度のお買い物をサポートしたいと思い選びました。就職活動では、数多くある企業の中でどう見つけ出したいいのか不安な時期がありました。そこでキャリアセンターの個人面談で企業の探し方についてアドバイスをいただいたところ、私に合いそうな企業を見つけることができました。センターの方々が親身になってくださったおかげで、「ここに入社したい」とおもえる会社に出会い、内定に繋がりました。また、私は面接が苦手だったので、センターでリモートの面接練習を重ねました。より相手に伝わる言葉の選び方や話し方などを丁寧に指導してくださったり、何回も練習をサポートしてくださったので、本番では緊張せずに伝えられました。就職活動を始めると、エントリーシートの提出などが多くなってくるので、早めの行動を心がけておくと心に余裕が生まれ、自分の実力を発揮できます。様々なことに追われて不安が募ってしまうこともあるかと思いますが、キャリアセンターの方々との会話を通して、自分が今何につまづいているのか、それに対しての解決策を一緒に考えてくださり、見つけることができます。本当に大変だとは思いますが、より良い就職活動になることを応援しています。

キャリアセンターの皆さんのおかげで不安が解消されました。
以前から航空機業界に興味があり、学生の間に学んだ知識を活かせる会社を探していたところ、就職先に航空機の訓練用シュミレータの整備というほかではできないような職種を見つけ、やりがいのある仕事ができると思い選びました。就職活動では書類の書き方やエントリーシートの長所?短所など、自分ではあまりわからないところを書けるのか心配だったので、キャリアセンターに相談に行きました。センターの皆さんはどんな小さなことでも相談に乗ってくださり、不安を解消してくださったので書き上げることができました。書類の提出前や面接前などはよく通わせていただきました。後輩の皆さんも、いろんな会社がありいろんなことに興味もあって悩むとは思いますが、自分の行きたいところややりたいことを目標に向かって頑張ってください。

就職活動は受験と同じく、早めに行動するのをおすすめします。
物心ついた頃から鉄道が好きで、将来は電車の運転手になりたいと思っていました。就職活動をする中で「全部の企業に落ちたらどうしよう???」「自分のしたいことができる会社に就職できるか???」という不安がありましたが、先生やキャリアセンターの方に話を聞いていただいたり、アドバイスをもらうことで解決できました。キャリアセンターでは履歴書の添削や細かいアドバイスをいただいたおかげで、志望した全企業の書類審査を通過できました。また、面接練習も頻繁にお付き合いいただき、企業の面接とほぼ同じような形でしていただけたのがとても役立ちました。就職活動も受験と同じように早く始めれば始めるほど自分に自信が持てて、余裕も生まれます。そして、3年生は勉強が難しくなり、時間の確保も大変になるので、きちんと単位を取っておくことをおすすめします。

大学では硬式野球部の主務として4年間かけがえのない経験をさせていただきました。そんな本学に恩返しがしたいと強く思い、就職先に決めました。職員の皆様は夢に向かっている学生にいつも温かい声をかけてくださり、私もそんな人になるのが目標です。就職活動では野球部の監督やキャリアセンターの皆様、先輩、ゼミの先生などそれぞれ意見や考え方は違いますが、どの方も親身になってくださりアドバイスをしてくださいました。就職活動は大変なことも多いですが、苦に思わず「これも経験だ」と思って楽しむことが大事です。不安は数えきれないほど出てくると思いますが、どんなことも人生において貴重な経験になることは間違いありません。学生の間でやってきたことは最大のアピールになるので、今のうちにできることを全力でやってみましょう！

できる限り、手頃な情報センターを利用する
I want you to understand the importance of information sources. Especially for international students, there is less information on small and medium-sized enterprises than for Japanese students, so if you only focus on large companies, you are likely to miss the chance to apply to a good small or medium-sized enterprise. The school's Career Center has a lot of company information and may be able to introduce you to good jobs. Above all, you can attend at your own pace, so it is very helpful to make a reservation in advance to have your resume corrected or practice for an interview. It is also necessary to gather information at government agencies such as Hello Work and the Foreign Employment Service Center. Time management is also important. The opening day for new graduate recruitment is March 1st of the third year, so it is better to start preparing for employment by then. From March to June, large companies are the main focus, and from June, large companies have almost finished recruiting and small and medium-sized enterprises become active in recruiting. Preparations change depending on the season. Be especially careful to gather information on companies you are interested in and do not fall behind on the company's schedule.
